Dartmouth has a wonderful selection of independent shops. With the quiet narrow streets and the variety of shops available, shopping is a pleasure here. Everyone will feel the need to window shop in Dartmouth and there is little doubt that you will find yourself tempted by what is on offer. There are clothes shops, gift shops, kitchen shops, lots of art galleries and many more shops to draw you in. I always make a point of visiting Dartmouth to do some Christmas shopping.
The cobbled market place is also a great place to visit once a week with its wide selection of local farm produce and beautiful arts and crafts.
It is unlikely you will leave without being tempted in to buying something!
