A Tourist Office 4 Star Gold property, this 4-bedroomed property sleeps 8 and is positioned in an amazing location on the sunny side of the water, ideally situated for coastal walks, wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops in both Kingswear and Dartmouth. In fact, once in the house you won’t need your car again. With so much to do on the doorstep you are sure to want to return.
Slipway House is a welcoming home from home. The kitchen has everything you should need and lots of it. There are glasses for every occasion! There are children’s plates, cups etc as well as a high chair and travel cot. The bedrooms are well-equipped with very comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms and an en-suite so no one should be caught short! The outside patio is a great place to enjoy an outside meal in the summer sun.

There is a Ringo Car park behind the building opposite the house and you can book this for a week at about £58 for the week. Alternatively you can park free of charge at the top of Church Hill which is a 4 min walk from the house.
